Honestly, I couldn’t think of anything that that knife didn’t do. It is the perfect knife and the blade is very thin. I found it too soft and broken when I first used it, but years later it still impresses me.

Compared to the CEK 40, this knife has a thinner blade, but it is not electric, which can be a problem for some users.
